Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached; hygiene liners on swimwear and intimates must remain intact.

Online Returns
Returning items received by mail is easy! Use our online platform to print a shipping label or generate a digital label for scanning at USPS. A $5 fee applies to online returns; however, returns are free for Real Rewards Level 3 members, co-branded credit cardholders, and customers returning Aerie bras, bralettes, swimwear, or third-party brand footwear.
